2025 Local Hero Sak Pallert

In October LCCA honored Sak Pollert as our 2025 Local Hero. Pollert is the owner of Rick Restaurant and Market, which has been a treasured mainstay of our Logan Circle neighborhood for more than 20 years. Just as importantly, Pollert is an active community leader, helping to elevate the quality of life in our neighborhood and leading by his selfless example of giving back to others, including mentoring other small business owners. The special event to honor him, which was attended by dozens of community members, was held at the beautiful event space above Rice restaurant, with tons of delicious food and drink.
